The high-quality coffee plants grow under shade-giving trees, the farmers only treat them with natural products and are naturally fertilized. After the harvest, the coffee cherries with the pulp are dried in the sun. This “natural” process gives the Finca Rosario an enormous sweetness and fruity acids in the background.
