Numerous smallholders have been producing excellent coffees for decades in the Ethiopian Sidamo region. The originating country of coffee, Ethiopia has a coffee culture that is deeply rooted in the community.
Our Sidamo filter roast makes a light, balanced cup of coffee. We roast this coffee fairly light to accentuate the flavors of the Sidamo region. As a result it’s got a delicate citrus acidity and reminds us of black tea and black pepper.
