A special coffee grows in the shadow of the mountain trees in southern Ethiopia. Sidamo coffee, named after the province of origin, ripens on small trees that come directly from the wild, 90-year-old coffee bushes of the African rainforest. Like all Ethiopian coffees, the Sidamo is a trademark registered by the country.
