Hyperion is a light, floral coffee and a perfect combination with mild methods like filter coffee.
Named after the 21st moon of Saturn, this medium-light roast coffee originates in Ethiopia, where it is grown by the Sidama Coffee Farmers Cooperative Union (SCFCU) at an altitude of between 1750 and 2200 metres. This coffee is washed and dried on special platforms, which gives it a fine, elegant body and pronounced floral aromas.
Our recommended preparation methods are the espresso machine and slow methods such as filter coffee, AeroPress and the French press.
