Ciao Italia!
A coffee that wakes you up in the morning, works as a pure espresso or with milk in a cappuccino, but also allows you to finish off a meal in the evening.
Our classic espresso roast is dark roasted and consists of 65% Arabica and 35% Robusta. We have combined the best properties of coffee from northern and southern Italy and created a strong, aromatic coffee with great crema.
The various coffees that make up NOIR Assemblage are coffees that we have carefully selected according to high quality criteria. We have also picked coffees that are all grown in an ecologically sensible manner (certified according to the Rainforest Alliance).
The “Assemblage Noir” consists of the following coffees:
Brazil: Arabica variety Catuai (Pulped Natural) of the Fazenda Londrina, which belongs to the Naimeg family and is located in Cerrado / Minas Gerais.
Costa Rica: Arabica varieties Cattura and Catuai (Washed), from the Tarrazu Mountains near Zona de los Santos.
Mexico: Robusta Agata (Washed) by Don Antonio Luttmann / Farm Alianza in the Soconusco region in Chiapas
We roast the coffees separately in the classic and gentle drum roasting process and only join them together afterwards. This is how we ensure that we perfectly roast each coffee according to its aroma and properties.
The roasting time between 15 and 17 minutes results in a dark roast and makes for a balanced cup of coffee but with an intense aroma.
