Polaris is our first in-house blend created for lovers of strong, intense coffee. The three coffees composing it are roasted separately and then blended in a ratio that gives us great complexity, an intense body and a slightly bitter aftertaste. It is a coffee that allows a large margin of error on the extraction parameters.
Polaris goes particularly well with milk drinks and is excellent in espresso. We recommend a preparation with an automatic machine and an Italian coffee maker for the best results.
Peru, San Ignacio is cultivated by the Cooperativa De Servicios Multiples Aprocassi at an altitude of 1750 to 1820 meters.
Honduras, Copàn is cultivated by the Cooperativa Cafetaleta Mercedes Ocotepeque Limitada (COCAMOL) between 1300 and 1500 meters.
Ethiopia, Sidamo is cultivated by the Sidama Coffee Farmers Cooperative Union (SCFCU) at an altitude between 1750 and 2200 meters.
