Premium pure Arabica, Ethiopia, washed. There is a conspiratorial community of coffee lovers who drink virtually only SIDAMO coffee! For instance, you could offer them the best and most expensive beans as a substitute; they stay true to their coffee.
This Bourbon Arabica comes from gardens in the south of Ethiopia. And indeed, it becomes clear at the first sip why the name “coffee” comes from the Arabic word “qawha”, which means something like “stimulating drink”, but also “wine”.
Sidamo has a finely balanced structure, and a slightly sweet and fruity-floral aroma, which has a light touch of noble Bordeaux wines. Each sip of this outstanding coffee is a wonderful experience that you will never want to miss in the future!
