1. General Terms and Conditions (GTC) for ColdHotDrinks.ch
For offers and services on our platform www.coldhotdrinks.ch the following GTC are applied.
1.1 Conclusion of contract and contracting party
The Swiss laws on the purchase agreement as in the Swiss Code of Obligations applies as well as all other relevant laws and regulations. The contract is concluded between you and the respective roaster from ColdHotDrinks. The products of our online store are equivalent to a non-binding online catalog and are not yet a legally binding offer. Products added to the cart is not yet binding you. You can change and correct the contents of the cart at your desire. By clicking the “place order” button you order the products in the shopping cart and are this is binding. The order is immediately confirmed to you by e-mail after you placed it.
We accept your offer of purchasing product when we receiving the confirmation of payment from the credit card company. There is no right to return or exchange coffee and. Please contact us if you are dissatisfied, so we can find a solution.
1.2 Terms of Delivery
In addition to the price of the products ordered also the shipping costs are to be covered by you. The exact amounts are listed to you before you place the order.
1.3 Retention of product
Until the payment is confirmed successfully, the products remain in the ownership of the rosters/sellers.
1.4 Transport
Should a product arrive damaged of the transport, report it immediately to the transport company and inform the roaster/seller as well.
1.5 Payment & prices
The prices are in Swiss Franc CHF and include the legally required Value Added Tax VAT.
The payment for services and products are done online by credit card. The credit card payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe Ltd (www.stripe.com). Users should refer to their General Terms and Conditions for the processing of the payment.
1.6 Miscellaneous
For ColdHotDrinks privacy is very important. The seat of ColdHotDrinks is in Switzerland and the services and products offered are subject to Swiss data protection. Our privacy policy is a part of the General Terms and Conditions.
The General Terms and Conditions can be changed any time by ColdHotDrinks and without giving any reason. The users are informed with the publication of the changed General Terms and Conditions on the website www.coldhotdrinks.ch.
The German Version of GTC and Privacy Policy are valid.

2.3 Concluding a purchase on our website
When you place an order we need the following information to be able to process and conclude the purchase:
- Log in data of your user account
- First and last name
- Shipping and billing address
These data are necessary to process, ship and conclude the purchase including the payment.
In order to make the payment you will be redirected to the page of Stripe, Inc. We do not get any credit card information of the payment process and your credit card. Concerning the processing of your credit card information please refer to the general terms and conditions as well as privacy policy of your credit card company. The above data will only be used to process your orders and fulfil the purchases and enable payment unless otherwise expressed in this data protection declaration & privacy policy. This processing of data is necessary and therefore lawful as in Art. 6.1.b GDPR for the performance of the contract of purchase that you agreed to.
2.4 Data transmission
Data are only transmitted to third parties where necessary and with your consent. Also data is transmitted where necessary to make our website work and to manage and process your purchases. Since the purchase goes to one of our roasters, we forward particular shopping data to the roaster (e.g. your name and your delivery address), so that the they can send you the goods ordered.
We are entitled to transmit data abroad if necessary for the functioning of our website. However the receiver are obliged to protect your personal data as we are.
