Brazil, Mogiana is the spiritual home of the pulped natural or “honey processed”. This coffee is there for the lover of mild, sweet cups. A comparatively low-grown terroir – rarely over 1,000 metres above sea level – it enjoys highly distinct wet and dry seasons. For our introductory cup, however, we have chosen a full natural from the Mogiana region of Sao Paulo. A natural means a bean that has been dried with all its fruit intact, giving us a cup that tastes quite simply of gentle coffee.
