The fragrant, floral and highly delicate Yirgacheffe we chose happens to be a Fair Trade Organic certified coffee…though in our view it’s the provenance, not its certification that makes this cup taste so good. Yirgacheffe coffee reaches up to 2,200 meters above sea level…heights that ensure a dense bean, long to develop, thus profound in its elegant flavours.
