The Kenya of Central America, Guatemala arguably has the finest flavors in the region’s coffee lineup. That is due to the fact that Guatemala has some of the highest-grown coffee in the area. Guatemala Huehuetenango not only has refined tastes and pleasing acidity, but it often expresses delicious milk chocolate notes. The resulting cup is satisfyingly balanced. The country’s highly volcanic soil and the fact that it still grows some of the older, more elegantly-flavored tree varieties, contribute to the superior cup quality.
Notes de dégustation: Délicieuse notes de chocolat au lait et de fruits doux dans cet arabica lavé qui culmine à 2000 mètres d’altitude.
